House Requirements
We are committed to recovery, so each guest must abide by certain rules and requirements.
Sobriety
Guests are required to be sober at all times while living at The Ranch in the Oaks. Drug or alcohol use will not be tolerated and any guest who violates this rule will be asked to leave.
Testing
Drug/alcohol testing is conducted regularly.
Honesty
Guests must be forthcoming if they know another guest has been drinking or using during their stay. Honesty must be at the root of the home and recovery.
Participation
Guests must participate in AA or an affiliated 12-Step program.
Guests
There are no overnight guests allowed.
No Pets
There are no pets allowed.
Smoking
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor smoking areas.
Visitation
Visitation is permitted for immediate family members on Saturdays and Sundays between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
Significant Others
No members of the opposite sex or significant others are permitted inside the house. This is to ensure all residents’ privacy.
Application, House Rules, Residency Agreement, Tenant Release, and costs are all provided upon request and during the admission interview process.
